We are pleased to announce the upgradation of 58,000 m3/day existing activated sludge plant to Levapor based IFAS process for achieving both higher flow rates and nitrification. The plant is now fully functional and achieving results of COD< 30 ppm and Ammonia < 1 ppm as per clients requirement.
The key features of the upgradation were:
No new civil work and existing civil infrastructure was utilized fully
Minimal changes in the existing infrastructure
Quick process startup and stabilization within few weeks
